Apparently, a motion or application was filed in Al Odah / Rasul yesterday on behalf of one Murat Kurnaz for leave to join the petitioners (or something along that line -- that's the sketchy part). Kurnaz is a Turkish citizen with legal resident alien status in Germany and a prisoner at Guantanamo Bay.
